LOUISIANA CRUNCH CAKE

A luscious, southern-style poundcake made with vanilla, tangy buttermilk, and creamy sour cream for an ultra – moist crumb. Each slice has a golden, crackly crust, and is generally topped with a sweet, confectioners glaze. The cake is finished with a delightful crunch of toasted almonds, and sweetened  coconut. This cake is a perfect balance of tender crumb and an irresistible topping.

LEMON BLUEBERRY

A sumptuous, buttery, flavorful, cream cheese pound cake. The cake is filled with bright, plump,tasty, fresh blueberries. The cake is dusted lightly with confectioner's sugar.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

A decadent dark,  rich, moist cocoa cake. The cake is topped with a silky chocolate ganache. The ganache can be left plain or topped with sweetened coconut, toasted almonds, or toasted pecans. Your choice.

For the lemon lover. A luscious lemon cake. After baking a fresh lemon drizzle is infushed inside the cake. The cake is topped with a lemony glaze. 

Sweet Potato Praline

A moist, spiced sweet potato cake, topped with a rich, maple pecan glaze. The cake features the spices cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. The cake is topped with pecans from Sunnyland Farms of Albany,Ga.

SOCK IT TO ME

A classic Southern favorite. This is a rich, moist cake with a layer of brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans in the middle. The cake is buttery, flavored with vanilla, and made with sour cream  to make it extra tender. The cake is topped with a cinnamon pecan streusel.
